摘要
建立了GCr15轴承钢(0.99%C、1.47%Cr)160 mm×160 mm方坯经粗轧、一中轧、二中轧、KOCKS轧机轧成Φ25.0 mm和Φ35.0 mm的轧件温度场预测模拟系统;研究了轧件轧制过程中温度的变化,一中轧入口轧制速度(0.55 m/s和1.1 m/s)对轧制过程轧件温度的影响,以及轧后冷却工艺(2段式和3段式快冷)对轧件温度的影响。结果表明,轧件温度的计算值和实测值的相对误差≤3%。
A system of numerical simulation to predict temperature field of rolling stock of bearing steel GCr15 (0. 99% C, 1.47% Cr) from 160 mm×160 mm billet rolling to Ф25.0 mm and Ф35.0 mm bar by rough rolling, Nol and No2 intermediate passes roiling and KOCKS mill roiling has been established to study the change of temperature of stock during roiling, the effect of inlet rolling speed at Nol intermediate passes (0. 55 m/s and 1.1 m/s) on temperature of stock during rolling process and the effect cooling process after rolling (2 segment quick cooling and 3 segment quick cooling) on temperature of stock. Results show that the relative errors between calculated values and measured values are ≤3%.
