摘要
以紫秋刺葡萄种子为试材,在分析种子特性基础上,对超临界CO2和溶剂萃取的刺葡萄籽油理化性质进行了研究,结果表明,采用超临界CO2萃取的刺葡萄籽油与溶剂提取法相比,其籽油澄清、无沉淀、无异味,加热不变色,碘价高(13.45g·kg-1)、皂化价高(195mg·g-1)、酸价低(2.08mg·g-1)、游离脂肪酸少、油脂质量好,无溶剂残留,能满足食品、药品等行业对产品高质量的要求,超临界CO2萃取技术是提取刺葡萄籽油的最佳方法。刺葡萄种子小(平均单粒质量0.03g),但籽油含量高(15.6%),碘价高,酸价及不皂化物低,籽油质量好,在保健食品、化妆品工业上具有重要利用价值。
The research used Ziqiu spine grape (Vitis daxidii Foex.) seeds as experiment materials to analysis the characteristics of seed and the seed oil extracted by solvent extraction method and the SCF-CO2 method. The main results were following: compared with solvent extraction method, SCF-CO2 was simple in the technique of extraction. The seed oil extracted by SCF- CO2 was clear, did not change color when it was heated, and had not peculiar smell. Its iodine value was higher (13.45 g. kg^-1), acid value was lower (2.08 mg. g^-1) and saponification value was higher (195 mg. g^-1). The results indicated that SCF-CO2 extraction was a good method for extracting oil from V. davidii Foex. seeds. The average seed weight of V. davidii Foex. was 0.03 g, and the content of seed oil was 15.6%. The seed oil iodine value of V. davidii Foex. was higher than that of Carbernet Sauvignon seed oil, but acid value and unsaponifiables was lower. Therefore, V. davidii Foex. seed was preferable raw material for extracting grape seed oil, it should be highly valued in the food industry and cosmetics industry.
