摘要
对"蓝移"或"红移",有人有误解,本文对二例质疑者,提出了商榷意见。维恩定律,斯蒂芬-玻尔兹曼定律是一组公式中的特例,为此,对这一组公式进行征名!
In this paper, Some doubts are described on spectral blue-shift or red-shift of thermal radiator. The deliberations are given for these phenomena to these doubts. The Wien＇ s law and StefanBdltzmann＇ s law are extraordinary examples of these formulae. This group formula names are solicited from the pubulic.
