摘要
本文提出了系统模型的概念及复杂科学管理方法论的定性定量结合的分析框架,包括5个方面的内容:建立系统模型的系统方法;定性分析工具;定性定量分析策略;定性定量结合的技术;实时控制的动态方法。针对以问题为导向和以目标为导向的两类不同的决策问题具体地提出了建立系统模型的分割综合法和指标因素法。
In this paper the concept of system model and the analysis framework for combination of qualitative and quantitative in complex scientific management are given,which consist of five contents:system methods for constructing system model;qualitative analysis tools;qualitative analysis strategies;technology for combining of qualitative and quantitative;dynamical methods for instant controlling.The split synthesis method and index factor method are provided respectively according to problem-based and goal-oriented decision mechanism.
