摘要
基于性能的抗震设计理论,提出了面向海洋平台结构的地震设防水准和性能目标,并阐述了平台结构失效模式及量化判别依据。针对胜利油田CB32A导管架平台的特点,在端帽与平台甲板之间设置阻尼隔震层,利用ANSYS有限元数值分析平台,对该导管架式海洋平台的阻尼隔震体系在设计地震及罕遇地震两种作用下的实际抗震性能水平进行分析,并对目标性能达标情况进行评估和结构优化。研究结果表明,隔震技术是海洋平台一种有效的减振控制手段,该平台能够满足结构的性能目标;对其进行截面优化设计也能在保证结构安全的前提下大幅度减少钢材的用量。
Based on the performance-based anti-seismic design theory, the seismic fortification criteria and structure performance objectives for jacket platform are proposed, structure failure mode of the platform and quantified discrimination are also described. According to the characteristic of CB32A jacket platform of Shengli oil field, a damping isolation system is laid between the jacket cap and the platform deck. Using ANSYS finite element software to anagreatly reduced by optimization design with the insurance of the platform safety.
