摘要
目的:探讨用于临床药师培训的药历书写模式。方法:介绍临床药师培训药历的基本模式和内容并进行实例解析。结果和结论:书写培训药历对于培养临床药师的临床思维,提高药物治疗水平具有重要作用。
Objective：To establish the mode of medication record used in training clinical pharmacists.Methods：The basic mode and contents of medication record for clinical pharmacists training were introduced and demonstrated by one case.Results and Conclusion：Writing medication record is of great importance in training clinical thinking and improving pharmacotherapy level in clinical pharmacists cultivation.
