摘要 级联型多电平逆变器拓扑及其控制策略的研究和实现是当前高压大功率电能变换器实现的重要环节。文章介绍了2H桥级联五电平逆变器的主电路,采用了载波相移PWM法对其控制,分析了电路的工作原理和控制规则,推导出了输出电压的解析表达式;采用TI公司DSP芯片TMS320F2812控制器设计实现了控制电路。对2H桥级联型五电平逆变器的输出电压波形和频谱的实验分析结果验证了理论分析的正确性,证明了控制方法的正确性和DSP实现载波移相技术的便捷性。 Research and realization of topology and control strategy of cascaded multilevel inverter are important parts of high voltage power converter with large power.In the paper,main circuit of 2H bridge cascaded five-level inverter was introduced in which carrier phase shift SPWM technology was adopted.The working principle and control rules of the circuit were analyzed and then the analytical expression of output voltage was deduced.TMS320F2812 controller of TI was used for control circuit.The results of experiment of output voltage wave and frequency spectrum of 2H bridge cascaded five-level inverter verify the theoretical analysis and experimental results are consistent,which proves correctness of the control method and convenience of the DSP used for realizing the phase shift SPWM technology.
