摘要
目的探讨医院在发生突发性传染病时,如何建立有效的救护体系。方法运用ISO9001理论,通过建立完善的管理网及监测网、制定各项应急预案及流程、人员培训等方法,建立突发性传染病救护体系。结果与结论运用ISO9001理论建立的医院内突发性传染病救护体系,能加强医院在突发性传染病中的应变能力。
Objective To establish an emergency medical system for responding sudden infectious diseases in hospital. Methods We applied the theory of ISO9001 to construct an emergency medical system for dealing with sudden infectious disease, which based on perfect management and supervision network, formulating emergency preplans and processes, staff trainings and so on. Results This emergency medical system based on ISO9001 could strengthen the capability for responding sudden infectious diseases, also prevent and control infectious diseases in hospital effectively. Conclusion ISO9001 theory had effectively guided the construction of emergency medical system for dealing with sudden infectious disease in hospital.
