摘要
目的:探讨胰岛素笔治疗2型糖尿病的护理干预。方法:将拟用胰岛素笔治疗的糖尿病患者,从护理的角度对其实施有效的宣教和示范,让患者掌握胰岛素笔使用方法、储存及常见不良反应的处理。结果:通过宣教、示范,所有患者基本掌握胰岛素笔正确的使用方法。结论:增加了糖尿病患者的治疗依从性,保证了胰岛素笔能顺利进行,使低血糖的发生率明显减少,血糖的控制达标率明显增加。
Objective：To investigate the insulin-pen treatment and nursing intervention.Methods：Will be used insulin pen treatment of type 2-diabetes patients,from the perspective of nursing to implement effectively their education,demonstrations,so that patients have to use insulin pens,storage and handling of common adverse reactions.Results：Through education,demonstration of all patients after the basic grasp the proper use of insulin pens.Conclusion：Increased treatment compliance in patients with type 2-diabetes,and to ensure that the insulin pen can be carried out smoothly.Low blood sugar significantly reduced the incidence of blood sugar control standard rate increased significantly.
