水电站水库优化调度几种求解方法的比较研究 被引量:6

摘要 针对水电站水库优化调度模型的求解,比较了常用的动态规划法、逐次优化法(POA)和粒子群优化算法(PSO)3种求解方法。给出了3种算法的实现过程及约束处理方法,尤其针对粒子群优化算法,纠正了常见的约束处理和算法不结合问题。结论认为PSO水库优化调度模型和解法融合了模拟调度的思想,更容易为调度人员所接受,且能有效避免动态规划"维数灾"问题,但存在计算时间长,实时性差等问题,在实效要求较低情况下可以应用。 Aiming at the solution of optimal operation for hydropower station reservoir, three common methods i.e. dynamic programming, progressive optimality algorithm and particle swarm optimization are compared respectively. The solution process and constraints handling method are provided in detail in the paper. Especially, in the light of particle swarm optimization, the improper constraints-handling problem on PSO in optimal operation for hydropower station reservoir is corrected. It is concluded that the PSO method with simulation operation idea is accepted easily by dispatcher, which can avoid the problem of dimensionality curse effectively, but need longer calculation time, it may be applied in lower time effect work such as hydropower energy calculation of planning and design.
