摘要
采用ERIC-PCR技术对白灵菇(Pleurotus nebrodensis)和杏鲍菇(Pleurotus eryngi)两菌种19个栽培菌株进行了亲缘关系分析.结果表明,ERIC-PCR技术能够有效地区分这两个菌种:在76%的相似水平上,白灵菇与杏鲍菇各不同菌株分别聚为一组,其中杏鲍菇各菌株间出现较为丰富的遗传多样性;白灵菇各菌株间亲缘关系较近,遗传多样性较低,许多菌株可能是同株异名菌株.
The phylogenetic relationship between Pleurotus nebrodensis and Pleurotus eryngi strains was investi- gated based on ERIC-PCR technique. The results showed that ERIC-PCR was an efficient technique to differ- entiate the two edible fungal species: at the level of 76% ,P. nebrodensis group was differentiated from P. eryn- gi group;and the results also indicated that there was a rich genetic diversity among the strains of P. eryngi, while a contrary result was observed among P. nebrodensis strains, implying that these P. nebrodensis strains with different names were originated the same strain.
