摘要
在研究生的非专业活动日常管理方面,研究生辅导员与导师之间存在分工不明、责任不清的问题。本文通过调查了解研究生的意见和需求,进一步认识到研究生辅导员及导师工作相互协作的必要性,以期为高校的研究生管理工作及辅导员工作提供参考。
Abst With regard to non - professional routine management of postgraduates, the counsetor ano the mentor have confusions about their respective duties and responsibilities. This article gives a sur- vey analysis of postgraduates needs and complaints with a view of providing reference for postgradu- ate management and convincing people of the necessity of mutual coordination between the counselor and the mentor.
