摘要
从化学成分含量偏差最小化和化学成分、矿物成分、不足微米颗粒含量、胶体指数等含量偏差最小化两方面出发,以最小化绝对误差和相对误差的组合形式为优化目标,分别构建陶瓷坯料的化学配方和综合配方的优化模型,优化模型还可限制原料的使用种数。算例分析表明:优化方法可为陶瓷配方提出初步的优化方案。通过调整各种成分的优化权重或直接指定某些成分含量的限界,专业人员可借此更深入地优化陶瓷配方。
In order to minimize the content deviation of chemical composition and content deviation of chemical composition and mineral composition and granules less than a micron and colloid index,an optimization model for chemical formula and integrated formula of ceramic body is developed respectively,in which the objective functions are minimization of combination value of absolute and relative errors,and the number of raw materials used can be stricted.The numerical examples show that the optimization method could obtain the initial scheme.The professionals can optimize the ceramic formulas by adjusting the optimization weights of different compositions in the model or assigning the limitation bounds of some compositions.
