摘要
以高岭土为原料,利用盐酸酸溶、聚合过程制备聚合氯化铝(PAC),探索最佳工艺条件,考察了焙烧温度800℃,原料配比1∶3.5,反应时间3.5 h,反应温度60℃对合成工艺的影响,使A l2O3溶出率可达80%左右。用铝酸钠对盐基度进行调整,盐基度可达75%左右,并对其性能与同类产品进行了净水性能考察对比。结果表明,产品质量达到同类产品的先进水平。
A novel method was developed for the production of poly aluminum chloride (PAC) from kao-lin clay with hydrate chloride maceration and amalgamation. The effect of baking temperature 800 ℃, raw materials ratio 1 : 3.5, reaction time 3.5 h and temperature 60 ℃ on synthetic process were carefully investigated, and alumina oxide recovery was up to 80% under the optimized conditions. Sodium aluminate was added up to 75% to adjust salt content of the base ( matrix), and the performance of pure water preparation was comparable to other products. The quality of final product quality reached advanced standard in this field.
