摘要 线粒体在生产腺苷三磷酸的同时也产生活性氧自由基,个体氧自由基的积累,造成线粒体结构功能生物大分子的氧化损伤,线粒体功能受损出现氧化磷酸化障碍,细胞因能量供应不足丧失动力引发衰老。而mtDNA特殊的结构使其易被攻击,积累大量的突变,最终加速衰老的发生发展。mtDNA突变呈增龄性积累,表明线粒体DNA突变与衰老及衰老有关的衰退性疾病有关。 Mitochondria produces ATP,and generates reactive oxygen species.The accumulation of individual oxygen free radical leads to the oxidative lesion of functional biomacromolecule in mitochondria,which makes the function of mitochondria decreased and the aging happened.Due to its specific structure and function,mtDNA is the most fragile target attacked by free radicals.which results in massive mutation accumulation and the aging process acceleration.The accumulation of mtDNA mutation in aging indicates that mtDNA mutation relates to the aging and degenerative illness.
