摘要
对造纸污泥中提取的木质素进行磺化改性,将所得木质素磺酸盐与丙烯酸进行接枝共聚,确定优化工艺条件为:K_2S_2O_8作引发剂,m(木质素磺酸钠):m(丙烯酸):m(K_2S_2O_8)=10:4.8:1.2,pH=9,80℃下反应3 h.改性后所得产品的缓蚀阻垢性能明显提高,缓蚀率和阻垢率分别可达63.5%和40.5%.
Lignin was extracted from paper mill sludge and sulfonste was modified.Then sodium lignosulfonate was grafting modified with acrylic acid.The results indicated that the optimum conditions of the reaction are as follow:the optimal initiator is K_2S_2O_8,m(lignin ):m(acrylic acid):m(K_2S_2O_8) = 10:4.8: 1.2,pH =9,reacting for 3 h at 80℃.The modified product markedly improved corrossion and scale inhibition performance,corrossion inhibition is 63.5%,scale inhibition is 40.5%.
