摘要
干气密封系统主要包括缓冲气体系统、控制系统、传动系统和润滑系统,有单端面密封结构、双端面密封结构、串联式密封结构和中间带进气的串联式密封结构4种布置形式.其转速、压力比操作参数对密封性能影响的变化趋势为:转速越高,密封环线速度越大,随着内外径压力比的升高,开启力和气体的泄漏量都增加.该讨论为干气密封技术的针对性设计和合理使用提供了有益的参考.
The dry gas seal system consists of easing gas system, controlling system, driving system and lubricating system. There are four primary arrangements that are single face seal structure, double faces seal structure, tandem seal structure and tandem seal structure with intermediate air intake. The results showed that the open force and gas leakage were both increasing with rotating velocity of the seal system and the pressure ratio between inside and outside radius. And the results provide valuable references for countering design and reasonable application of dry gas seals.
