PAK5对大肠癌细胞黏附及迁移的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的研究PAK5对大肠癌细胞黏附以及迁移的影响。方法采用基因转染上调PAK5在LST细胞中的表达水平,以及RNA干扰下调PAK5在SW480细胞中的表达水平,采用细胞黏附以及迁徙实验检测PAK5的黏附、迁徙能力;结果采用基因转染上调PAK5在LST细胞株中的表达水平后,细胞-基质黏附能力减弱,迁徙能力增强;相反,采用RNA干扰敲低PAK5在SW480细胞株中的表达水平后,细胞-基质黏附能力增强,迁徙能力减弱。结论PAK5通过减弱细胞-基质黏附,增强大肠癌细胞的迁徙能力。
