摘要
在现有研究的基础上,建立了多个配送中心的选址及配送区域划分模型,在模型建立过程中既考虑了配送中心到需求点之间的距离、道路流量与可靠性等因素,也考虑了配送中心自身及其周围的环境因素,结合层次分析法,将这些因素转换为综合成本,使模型更具现实意义。采用遗传算法求解,使该问题的求解过程得到简化。最后用实例对模型进行了验证分析,说明该模型的合理性。
On the basis of existing studies, the paper establishes the model of multiple distribution center allocation and distribution region division which considers not only factors such as the distance between distribution centers and demand points, traffic flow and reliability, etc., but also the intrinsic and environmental factors of the distribution centers. Through AHP, the factors are converted into comprehensive cost which adds more realistic significance to the model. Genetic algorithm is employed for the solution of the model which can greatly simplify the solution procedure. Finally an empirical study is used to verify the validity of the model.
