摘要
政府购买服务是社区卫生服务提供方式的重大变革。柳州市在政府购买服务的试点过程中仍然存在"点"的数量不多、"试"的深度不够,以及试点前宣传和后续保障不足等问题。建议在拓宽试点数量、拓深试点深度的基础上构建"一体两翼"的政府购买社区公共卫生服务模式。
Government purchasing community health service was a great reform. The practice in Liuzhou City covered limited community health service organization, and were lack of propaganda before practice and guarantee measures after practices. We proposed to implement government purchasing community public health service model with ＂one body and two wings＂.
