摘要
采用UG软件对指形铣刀进行参数化设计与数控加工编程,并建立模板文件;利用VB语言编写自动打开UG模板文件的应用程序;详细地介绍了使用过程,并通过实际加工验证了程序的正确性。
The parameterized design of the finger-type gear milling cutter and the preparation of its NC machining program is carried out,and the template document is created by using UG software. The applied procedure that can open an UG template document automatically is written by VB language. Usage process is introduced in detail and the accuracy of procedure is verified by actual machining process.
