有机碱催化制备生物柴油的条件优化

摘要 对比酸碱催化机理选用有机碱作为催化剂,研究有机碱催化制备生物柴油的条件,使反应条件温和,催化剂回收容易。通过对反应时间、温度、压力等条件考察酯交换反应及水解反应,可得到生物柴油脂肪酸甲酯含量达到96%,酸值为0.8~0.9 mg KOH/g。 Comparing between acid and base catalytic mechanisms,organic base was selected as catalyst,then process conditions of producing biodiesel with organic base catalyst were studied,it was found that reaction condition was mild and the catalyst can be recycled easily.Transesterification and hydrolysis reactions were examined on reaction time,temperature,pressure,etc..With the optimum condition,biodiesel of 96% methyl fatty ester and 0.8~0.9 mg KOH/g acid number were obtained.
