摘要
应用ANSYS软件,建立了振动筛的有限元模型,为了避免产生共振,根据模态分析结果对模型进行了修改,进而对该振动筛模型进行了谐响应分析,计算出筛体在不同频率下的响应,得到一些幅频特性曲线;并对该振动筛模型样机进行了实验模态分析,探索了大型筛分机械的数值分析方法和实验模态分析技术。
Using ANSYS software the finite element model was built. To avoid producing sympathetic vibration,the model was corrected based on result of pattern analysis and then harmonic response analysis was done on the vibration screen model,calculated the responses under different frequency and obtained some characteristic curves of amplitude and frequency of vibration; the test pattern analysis also done on the vibration screen model,studied the numerical analysis method and test pattern technology of big size vibration sizing quipment.
