摘要
研究磷铝酸盐水泥混凝土表面透气和表面吸水性能,利用XRD,MIP和交流阻抗分析对混凝土水化产物物相组成、孔结构特性和电性能进行了分析.结果表明:磷铝酸盐水泥混凝土具有较佳的表面性能,其表面抗透气和吸水性能优于普通硅酸盐水泥.养护28 d的磷铝酸盐水泥混凝土表面透气为1.37×10-2Ln(P)/min,表面吸水系数为4.56×10-9m3/min0.5.这是由于PAC和PC属于不同体系,其水化生成物和反应机理不同造成的.与PC相比,PAC具有快硬、早强特性,生成大量的水化产物相互交联形成的致密三维网络结构,连通孔的数量较少,结构较致密.随着养护时间的增加,PAC透气和吸水系数随之减小,这是由于不断生成的水化物填充内部孔隙,提高结构致密度造成的.
The properties of air previous and sorptivity of the phosphoaluminate cement (PAC) concrete were investigated, and the mechanism was discussed as well. The phase composition and morphology of hydration products and electrical properties of PAC cured 28 days were analyzed with x-ray diffraction (XRD) and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS). It is indicated that the properties of PAC concrete are better than PC. The corresponding index of air previous and sorptivity of PAC cured 28 days is 1.37× 10 -2 Ln (P)/min, 4.56 × 10 -9 m3/min 0.3 , because the hydration mechanism and the hydrates of PAC are different from PC and the hydration mechanism and the hydrates of PAC are different from PC. The hydration products of PAC are main micro-crystalline phase and gel of phosphate and phophoaluminate which form a compact microstructure. What's more, there is no calcium hydroxide produced during the process of hydration. The permeability coefficient of PAC concrete will be reduced with age,due to more hydration products continuously formed.
