摘要
阐述了智能电网的概念和特征,分析了建设智能电网的基础条件,指出建设智能电网的关键技术问题是建立可靠的数据和信息平台、电网在线决策系统以及调度、厂站及用户侧智能化。
This paper expounds the concept and characteristics of smart grid（SG）, analyzes the fundamental conditions to develop SG, and points out that the key technological problem in constructing SG is establishing reliable data and information platform, power grid on-line decision system as well as intellectualized system on power dispatching, power plant and consumer sides.
