摘要
目的探讨高浓度补钾方法在纠正体外循环术后低钾血症中的作用。方法将体外循环术后的低钾血症患者按不同血钾浓度分为三组，观察高浓度补钾方法对纠正低血钾的作用。结果三组不同浓度的低钾血症患者，经高浓度补钾方法，均能在1～6h内达到正常水平。结论在严密监测血钾浓度和尿量等护理指标的情况下，高浓度补钾方法是治疗体外循环术后低钾血症的有效手段之一。
Objective To investigate the method of high concentration of potassium for correcting hypokalemia after eardiopulmonary bypass. Methods Hypokalemia patients after cardiopulmonary bypass were divided into three groups by different potassium concentrations, observed the effect of treatment. Results Of the three different concentrations in patients with hypokalemia, the concentrations of potassium cached normal levels in 1-6 h. Conclusion It is effective to closely monitor serum potassium concentration and urine output and use the high concentration of potassium for hypokalemia after cardiopulmonary bypass.
