摘要
工学结合是当前高职教育教学改革的突出课题,对高职院校教师的知识和能力素质及教学的方式方法等提出了新的要求,从而也对高职院校师资培训提出了新的任务,高职院校必须构建与工学结合教学改革相适应的新的师资培训模式。
The school-business partnership and project-based-approach are two major subjects of current teaching reform in technical college education, from which new requirements have been set for the teachers' knowledge, ability, and teaching methods, etc. Accordingly, new tasks have been put forward to the training of technical college teachers. Therefore, a new training pattern that matches the school-business partnership and the project-based-approach teaching reform must be constructed for technical colleges.
