摘要
目的研究建立伤科祛瘀片的质量标准。方法应用薄层色谱法鉴别三七和栀子，应用反相高效液相色谱（RP—HPLC）法测定青皮中橙皮苷的含量。结果三七、栀子的薄层鉴别专属性好。含量测定方法中橙皮苷在0．0408-0．2448μg范围内与峰面积的线性关系良好（r=0．9995，n=6），加样回收率99．8％，相对标准偏差值（RSD）=1．65％。结论本研究的方法可用于伤科祛瘀片的质量控制。
Objective To improve the quality standard of the Shangke Quyu tablets. Methods The Radix Notoginseng and the Fructus Gardeniae were identified by TLC. The content of Hesperidin from Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae Viride was determined by RP-HPLC. Results The identify methods of Radix Notoginseng and the Fructus Gardeniae were specific and reliable. The linearity of Hesperidin range from 40.8 ng to 244.8 ng （ r = 0. 9995, n = 6 ）, and the recovery rate was 99.8%, RSD = 1.65%. Conclusion The methods established by our study are suitable for quality control of the Shangke Quyu tablets.
