摘要
[目的]探讨应用闭合复位克氏针固定治疗跖附关节损伤的临床疗效。[方法]应用切开复位克氏针固定治疗跖附关节损伤15例。[结果]本组切口均Ⅰ期愈合。平均手术时间为60min,切口长度平均为8cm,所有患者获平均14月随访。根据美国足踝协会(AOFAS)评分平均82分,患者术后平均6个月恢复正常生活。[结论]闭合复位克氏针内固定治疗跖附关节损伤,能有效治疗跖附关节复合体损伤。
[Objective]To report the clinical results of treatment of tarsometatarsal joint injuries by close reduction and percutaneous kuntscher pin fixation.[Methods]15 cases of tarsotarsal joint injuries were treated with close reduction andpercutaneous.[Result]All the wounds were healed primarily with a mean operative time of 60mins and a mean incision length of 8cm.A mean follow-up of 14m revealed a mean score of 82 according to American Orthopaedic Foot Ankle Society（AOFAS）midmidfoot scoring system.All the patients returned to normal life after 6 m.[Conclusions]Tsrsonetatarsal joint injuries can be treated well by close reduction and percutaneous kuntscher pin firation.
