摘要
[目的]制备复方鸦胆子油口服微乳。[方法]通过溶解度实验和伪三元相图的绘制,以形成微乳区域的大小为指标,筛选油相、乳化剂、助乳化剂的最佳搭配与处方中鸦胆子油的配比,研究最佳处方比例。[结果]该微乳的处方质量比为:MCT8%、鸦胆子油4%、RH4021%、无水乙醇7%、水60%。[结论]所制备的复方鸦胆子油微乳理化性质稳定。
[Objective]To prepare the compound microemulsion of Brucea javanica oil.[Methods] Through solubility experiments and drawing pseudo-ternary phase diagram,optimum size of microemulsion region to determine the proportion of different prescription form,to determine the proportion of different prescription forms.[Results] The microemulsion of the prescription ratio：MCT8%,Brucea javanica oil 4%,RH40 21%,anhydrous ethanol,7%,water 60%.[Conclusion] The microemulsion has stable physico-chemical properties,it could provide a basis for further study.
