摘要
以BaCl2和Na2WO4为反应物,在室温和水浴条件下,利用沉淀法制备出了不同形貌的BaWO4粒子,并进行表征。考察了反应温度、表面活性剂种类、反应物浓度、pH值等条件对BaWO4粒径、形貌及荧光发光性能的影响。结果表明:BaWO4的红外光谱吸收峰出现在800 cm-1和1 650 cm-1,是典型的白钨矿结构WO42-的特征吸收带,由W—O的伸缩振动引起;所制备的BaWO4属于白钨矿结构,体心四角形晶体,结晶较好;BaWO4经紫外光照射发蓝绿光,发射最强峰位于469 nm波长处,有一定程度的蓝移;反应条件的改变对BaWO4粒子形貌及粒径影响较大,主要形貌有双锥形、梭子形、树枝状和花瓣形。
BaWO4 was synthesized from BaCl2 and Na2WO4 aqueous solutions under room temperature and water bath conditions by deposition method.Different effect factors including the reaction temperature,the type of surfactant,the concentration of the reactants and the pH value to the size,shapes and illumination performances of the products were discussed.The FT-IR spectra of the products showed that the absorption peaks appeared at 800 and 1 650 cm^-1.They were the typical FT-IR absorption peaks of WO42-of scheelite tetragonal structure,which was aroused by the flexion-vibration of W—O.The XRD results showed that the prepared BaWO4 were seheelite structure and well crystal.According to the PL analysis,the prepared BaWO4 had the emission wavelength at 469 nm and sent out blue and green light.Various morphologies of BaWO4,such as double-taper,shuttle-like,arborization microcrystal,and flower-like particles were obtained which were characterized by SEM images.It was demonstrated that different reaction conditions had an important effect on BaWO4 particles.
