摘要
[目的]研究利用稻壳为原料来制备活性炭的新工艺,提高稻壳利用率和减少环境污染。[方法]以长沙市郊的普通稻壳为试验原料,将稻壳洗净、晒干、粉碎和炭化,冷却后研磨,将其与NaOH混合进行活化,并用扫描电镜和X射线光谱仪对其形态和晶体结构进行表征。同时对炭化温度、炭化时间、碱炭比、活化温度和活化时间对活性炭的吸附性能的影响进行研究。[结果]稻壳内固定碳含量为18%,炭化温度为400℃时的碘吸附值最大,活化温度和时间分别为750℃和1h时,制得的活性炭的吸附性能最好。[结论]利用稻壳为原料,NaOH为活化剂来制备活性炭,方法简便、实用,可以被广泛推广。
[Objective] To study the preparation of activated carbon based on rice husk material so as to improve the rice husk utilization and reduce environmental pollution. [Method] Rice husks on the outskirts of Changsha were used as experimental raw materials. After washed,dried,crushed,carbonized and cooled,rice husks were activated by mixing with NaOH and the rice husk-based activated carbon (RHAC) had been prepared. The morphology and crystal structure were characterized by scanning electron microscopy and X-ray spectrometer. At the same time,the effects of carbonization temperature,carbonization time,alkali carbon ratio,activation temperature and activation time on the adsorption properties were discussed. [Result] The fixed carbon content of rice husk was 18%,the optimum iodine adsorption value appeared when the carbonization temperature was 400 ℃. The adsorption performance of RHAC was best at 750 ℃ (activation temperature) for 1 h. [Conclusion] The novel method is simple and practical,and it can be widely promoted.
