摘要
目的建立玉屏风药材汤剂的指纹图谱。方法采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)分析,色谱柱为Hypersil ODS柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-水梯度洗脱,检测波长为220nm,流速为1.0ml/min,进样量为10μl,柱温为30℃。采用中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价系统软件(2004A版)进行指纹图谱分析。结果玉屏风药材汤剂主要有8个特征峰。结论该指纹图谱可以作为玉屏风药材汤剂中升麻苷、5-O-甲基维斯阿米醇苷、芒柄花素稳定性的参考。
Objective To establish the fingerprint of Yupingfeng decoction.Methods HPLC with Hypersil ODScolumn（250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm） was adopted,acetonitrile and water were gradient elution as mobile phase with a flow rate of 1.0 ml/min,detection wavelength at 220 nm,sample size was 10 μl and column temperature was 30℃.The chromatographic fingerprints were analyzed with similarity evaluation system for chromatographic fingerprint of TCM （2004A edition）.Results There were eight main peaks in Yupingfeng decoction.Conclusion This fingerprint can be used as a reference for the stability of the prim-O-glucosylcimifygin,5-O-methylvisamminol and formononetin.
