摘要 针对传统的灰色模型的主观赋权,过多的倚重于专家的观点,使评价结果往往与实际情况有出入;客观赋权的原始数据来源于评价指标的原始数据,具有绝对的客观性,但一般的客观赋权方法原理过于复杂,计算较为烦琐,难以掌握的问题,借助SPSS软件,应用主成分分析法赋权,并将其应用于港口航行安全评价中,以期评价结果更客观,更接近于事实。 The subjective weight of traditional gray model, which relies heavily on the will of the experts, is often different from the actual situation on the evaluation results. The original data of the objective weight is from the original data of evaluation index and it is absolutely objective. However, the general objective weight method is too complicated, the calculation is more cumbersome and difficult to grasp. The purpose of this paper is to determine weights by principal component analysis with SPSS software, and it will be applied to the evaluation of safety navigation in the port, with a view to be more close to the truth and more objective on the evaluation results.
