摘要
在棉蚜刺吸取食胁迫条件下 ,棉花会发生一系列应激反应并产生诱导抗性 ,其中抗氧化酶系统在这一防御机制中起重要作用。实验结果表明 ,POD和CAT对蚜虫刺吸为害反应最早 ,酶活性变化大 ,SOD反应次之。蚜虫为害后 ,这三种酶的活性都有不同程度的升高 ,但抗蚜品种比感蚜品种上升得更早更多。这种反应速度和强弱与品种抗蚜性高低呈正相关 ,且对后期蚜虫种群总量的消长有一定的影响。
Under the feeding suppression of aphides,cotton seedling could take place a series of reactions and get the induced resistance.Of them, antioxidant system plays an important role in the defensive mechanism. The results showed that under aphid suppression, the activities of POD、CAT and SOD in cotton seedling increased distinctly, it was more obvious in the resistant varieties than in the susceptible ones. The speed and strength of the response was positively related with the resistance of cotton varieties to aphid. The responses had an inhibition effect on the population of aphides in the later period of cotton life.
