摘要
目的观察辛伐他汀不良反应及防治方法。方法回顾性分析35例发生不良反应患者的临床资料。结果辛代他汀的主要不良反应有神经系统,肝胆系统,皮肤及肾功能损害等,且不良反应与剂量相关。结论选择合适人群、剂量,用药期间注意监测CPK及肝、肾功能,可安全有效地应用于临床。
Objective To observe the adverse effects of simvastatin and control methods.Methods A retrospective analysis of 35 cases of adverse reactions occurred in patients with clinical data. Results Sindeh st-atins major adverse reactions are the nervous system,hepatobiliary system,skin and renal function impairment, etc. ,and the adverse reactions and dose-dependent. Conclusion Choose the right people,dosage,medication dur-ing the attention to monitoring CPK and liver and kidney function,can be safe and effective clinicai application.
