正压制粉系统煤仓下煤不畅的治理 被引量:8

摘要 以益阳发电公司二期工程2×600 MW超临界直流锅炉机组制粉系统为研究对象,分析正压直吹式制粉系统煤仓下煤不畅的原因和对锅炉安全经济运行的直接影响,结合现场条件、燃煤火电厂煤仓堵煤常用的处理办法,提出了符合实际的解决方案:改善煤仓流线,"相对缩短"原煤下落高程,分段疏松,定期降煤位,入仓落煤口尽量靠中,加强燃料管理,规范运行操作等。 Taking the Yiyang Power Generation Co., Ltd. two stage of 2×600 MW supereritical coal pulverizing system of once through boiler unit as the object of study, the causes of the unsmooth coal drop from coal bunker under positive pressure of coal pulverizing system and the direct impact on safe and economic operation of boiler were analyzed. According to the field conditions and the usual solutions of coal bunker block in coal-fired thermal power plant, the actual solutions were proposed: improving the streamline of coal bunker, "relatively shortening" the fall height of raw coal, loosening piecewise, reducing the coal level regularly, putting the inlet of the bunker as middle as possible, enhancing fuel management and standardizing operation and so on.
