胃炎性肌纤维母细胞瘤一例 被引量：2

摘要 患儿，男，8岁。面色苍白伴反复腹痛10d入院，体检面色苍白，重度贫血外观。检查：血常规：WBC25．58×10^9，Hb34g／L；粪常规：隐皿阳性；腹部B超：左上腹：部见一稍低回声团块，大小约6．1cm×3．8cm，边界清楚，可见血流信号。腹部CT：胃腔内可见一向腔内突出的分叶状软组织密度灶，最大层面约4．74cm×6．31cm，增强后可见强化，病灶边缘清楚（图1）。
