胎盘生长因子及其受体在血管瘤形成中的作用 被引量:2

Effects of PLGF and VEGFR-1 on the formation of Hemangiomas

摘要 目的:应用免疫组织化学方法检测不同时期血管瘤组织中胎盘生长因子(PLGF)及其受体(VEGFR-1)的表达,探讨其在血管瘤发生、发展过程中的作用机制。方法:采用免疫组织化学SP法检测50例皮肤血管瘤增生期、退化期及正常皮肤组织PLGF及VEGFR-1的表达水平,采用HPIAS-1000图文报告管理系统对PLGF和VEGFR-1的表达进行定量分析。结果:增生期组PLGF的表达明显高于退化期组和正常皮肤组(P<0.05),而后两组比较差异无统计学意义,P>0.05。增生期血管瘤血管内皮细胞中VEGFR-1呈高表达,正常皮肤组及退化组血管内皮细胞细胞中VEGFR-1弱表达。增生期组VEGFR-1的表达明显高于退化期组和正常皮肤组(P<0.05),而后两组比较差异无统计学意义,P>0.05。结论:PLGF和VEGFR-1在血管瘤增生期,可能发挥促进血管瘤内皮细胞过度增殖的作用,两者在血管瘤的发生、发展过程中起了重要的促进作用。 OBJECTIVE:To detecte the expression of placental growth factor(PLGF) and vascular epithelial growth factor receptor (VEGFR-1)by immuno-histochemical technique in different period of human hemangiomas,and approach the effection of PLGF and VEGFR-1 in Human Dermal Hemangiomas the formation. METHODS:The expressions of PLGF and VEGFR-1 in proliferative,involuting hemangiomas and normal skin tissues were examined by immunohistochemical technique. Average optical density and positive area rates of expression of PLGF and VEGFR-1 were measured by image analysis (HPIAS-1000). RESULTS:Expression of PLGF was higher in the proliferative phase angioma endothelial cell's than those in involuting hemangiomas and normal skin organization obviously(P〈0.05). No significant difference was found between the expression of PLGF in involuting hemangiomas and that in normal skin tissues (P〉0.05). Expression of VEGFR-1 was higher in the proliferative phase angioma endothelial cell's than those in involuting hemangiomas and normal skin organization obviously(P〈0.05). No significant difference was found between the expression of VEGFR-1 in involuting hemangiomas and that in normal skin tissues (P〉0.05). CONCLSUIONS:It is suggested that PLGF and VEGFR-1 may progress the development of hemangiomas. PLGF and VEGFR-1 play the contray effect in the emergence and development of hemangiomas.
