摘要 P504S、34βE12、p63免疫组织化学染色在前列腺癌诊断中的价值已被证实,其应用使前列腺癌的检出率显著提高,尤其在前列腺穿刺活检标本中的联合运用越来越受到各方面的重视和推荐。虽然仍然存在特异性和敏感性上的问题,但已成为前列腺癌以及一些非典型病变的标准辅助染色,可以及早发现癌前病变,大大提高前列腺癌诊断的正确率,从而为前列腺癌的早期诊断、早期治疗提供病理学依据。本文就P504S、34βE12、p63三者联合检测在前列腺穿刺活检标本中的应用进行相关综述。 The value of combined detection of P504S,34βE12 and p63 by immunohistostaining has been confirmed in the diagnosis of prostate cancer(PC),so the detection rate of PC was significantly increased along with the combined detection application.It has been pay more and more attention and recommendation in the prostate needle biopsy specimens.Although the problems of specificity and sensitivity existed,it has become the standard aided staining of PC and some atypical lesions.It can detect precancerosis early and improve the diagnostic accuracy rate remarkablely,thus provide the pathologic basis for early diagnosis and treatment of PC.In this thesis,the applications of combined detection of P504S,34βE12,p63(the positive marker of PC) in prostate needle biopsy specimens were reviewed.
