摘要
用双阳极电化学氢化物发生原子荧光光谱法测定海水中的砷,不必通过化学氢化物发生,减少了化学试剂使用给环境带来的污染。对各种实验参数和干扰情况进行了详细研究。在选定的实验条件下,500μL进样量的As(Ⅲ)线性范围为5~20μg/L,检出限为0.36μg/L(信噪比S/N=3),20μg/L的As(Ⅲ)标准溶液平行进样13次,荧光信号(面积)的相对标准偏差(RSD)为2.22%,海水样品的加标回收率为95.7%~108%。本法灵敏度高、重现性好、结果准确可靠,可用于海水中砷的分析测定。
Determination of arsenic in seawaer by atomic fluorescence spectrometry with bi-anode electrochemical hydride generation(BAECHG)was investigated.This novel method reduced the use of chemical reagents and thus reduced environmental pollution because no chemical hydride generation procedure was used.Experimental parameters were investigated and the interference was also examined.Under the selected conditions,the linear range was5~20μg/L for arsenic(As,injection volume:500μL).The detection limit(signal to noise ratio of 3:1)was 0.36μg/L for As.The relative standard deviation(RSD)obtained by performing 13 times using standard solution with 10μg/L of As was 2.22%.The spiked recoveries of seawater samples were 95.7%~108%.High sensitivity and good repeatability are the advantages of this novel method.The proposed method can be used to determination of As in seawater.
