摘要
应用新剂型药物ＡＬＢＥ治疗４４例包虫病患者的同时，按服药前、服药后２Ｗ，１２Ｗ，２３Ｗ，３６Ｗ，４８Ｗ分别测试了血清ＡＬＴ，ＡＳＴ，ＴＰ，Ａ，ＴＢＩＬＴ，ＷＢＣ／Ｌ及尿蛋白。结果：ＡＬＴ，ＡＳＴ在不间断服药过程中出现有规律的一过性的升高。
The ALT,AST,total protein,albumin, billirubin in serum and protein in urine were examined at pretreatment and 2,12,24,36,48 weeks after medication in 44 cases of hydatid disease treated with ALBE-a new preparation of albendazole. The result shown that the ALT and AST elevated transiently above normal level in 43.2% and 56.8% respectively of cases and then decreased to normal without any medical treatment. It is indicated that this preparation is safely taken for long course of chemotherapy in hydatid disease.
