两级反应器制备Mg-Al-CO_3 LDHs纳米粉工艺研究 被引量:1

摘要 采用一种自制的具有上下两个反应室的两级反应器,将盐溶液MgCl2.6H2O、AlCl3.6H2O和沉降剂Na2CO3、NaOH进行反应来合成了镁铝型层状双氢氧化物(简称Mg-Al-CO3LDHs)纳米粉。研究了反应物浓度、搅拌速度、表面活性剂种类对晶体结构、颗粒尺寸、和粒度分布的影响。TEM、XRD、激光粒度分布测试仪的检测结果表明:最佳反应条件下所得产物的形貌为片状,最小平均粒径为30~50nm,尺寸分布比较均匀且结晶度较高。反应物浓度增加,颗粒尺寸变小且均匀性提高;搅拌速度增加,颗粒尺寸降低且粒度分布变窄。研究表明不同种类表面活性剂对晶体结构影响很大。 The nanopowders of magnesium aluminium layered double hydroxides (Mg-Al-CO3 LDHs) were prepared from the reaction of the salt solution of MgCl2·6H2O,AlCl3·6H2O and precipitating agent of Na2CO3,NaOH in a two-stage reactor with up and down reaction chamber. The effects of reactant concentration,stirring speed,surfactant type on the crystal structure,particle size,and size distributionthe have been studied by X-ray diffraction (XRD),transmission electron microscopy (TEM),laser particle size distribution analyzer. The results demonstrated that the product synthesized in the optimum conditions has excellent uniform and plate structure with a particle size of approximately 30-50 nm,and has higher degrees of crystallinity. As the reactant concentration increasing,particle size became smaller and more uniform; stirring speed increasing,particle size decreased and particle size distribution curve became narrower. The reasult also indicated that different types of surfactants have a significant influence on the crystal structure.
