摘要
应用正交设计法考察不同培养基和4种植物生长物质对诱导金线兰愈伤组织生长的作用,研究了不同培养基对金线兰愈伤组织诱导的影响。结果表明,6-BA对诱导金线兰愈伤组织生长效果显著,2,4-D、NAA和KT效果不显著;金线兰愈伤组织诱导的最佳培养基为MS+2,4-D 3.0 mg/L+6-BA 1.0 mg/L+NAA 0.5 mg/L+KT 0.25 mg/L。
Culture medium and 4 plant growth substances were studied for their function to callus growth of A. roxburghii by orthogonal design. Results showed that 6-BA had significant effect on induced callus growth, while 2,4-D, NAA, and KT had not. The optimal culture medium for callus induction of A. roxburghii, was MS+2,4 D 3.0mg/Lq+BA 1.0mg/Lq-NAA 0.5 mg/L+KT 0.25mg/L.
