摘要
为了解贵州省不同自然保护区爬行动物的分布与主要环境因素的关系,运用G-F指数对贵州省茂兰、赤水、大沙河、宽阔水、梵净山、雷公山、野钟和柏菁8个自然保护区的12科、45属、86种(亚种)爬行动物的物种多样性进行了比较分析,并对爬行动物的多样性与主要环境因素进行了相关性分析。结果表明:在8个保护区中,雷公山物种最多;茂兰的G指数、F指数和G-F指数最高;各保护区的优势科均是蛇亚目游蛇科;各保护区爬行动物的物种数与保护区面积及森林面积均有极显著的正相关关系(P<0.01),与经度呈显著正相关关系(P<0.05);隶属于华中华南区种的物种数与经度呈显著正相关关系(P<0.05);隶属于华南区种的物种数与纬度呈显著负相关关系,与年均降水量呈显著正相关关系;G-F指数与森林面积和经度呈显著线形关系(P<0.05);G指数、F指数与森林面积和经度也呈显著正相关关系(P<0.05)。
The reptile diversity of eight natural reserves was compared by G-F index to know the relationship between reptile distribution of different natural reserves and main environmental factors in Guizhou, and the correlation between reptile diversity and main environment factors was analyzed. The results showed that the number of reptile species in Leigongshan reserve and G, F and G-F indexes of Maolan reserve were the highest among eight natural reserves, the dominant species in 8 natural reserves was colubridae. There was very significant positive correlation between reptile species and natural reserve area, forest area, and significant positive correlation between reptile species and longitude, very significant positive correlation between reptile species of central and south China and longitude, significant negative correlation between reptile species of south China and latitude, significant positive correlation between reptile species of southChina and annual rainfall, significant linear relationship between G-F index and forest area, longitude, and significant positive correlation between G index, F index and forest area, longitude.
