摘要
介绍了梭车刮板输送机的使用工况,在分析其运行阻力的基础上,对确定输送机驱动功率做了一些探讨,同时对输送机机构设计也做了简要阐述。对类似重载启动工况的刮板输送机设计具有一定参考作用。
The working condition of the scraper conveyor of mine shuttle car was introduced. Based on the analysis of the travel resistance of the scraper conveyor, it discuses how to determine the drive power of scraper conveyor, expounds the mechanism design of scraper conveyor. It can be used to reference for the kind of scraper conveyor in condition of start overloading.
