摘要
介绍了转载机机头部安装专用爬梯的结构组成。针对该专用爬梯举升油缸设计空间狭小问题,研制了一套举升机构,应用动力学仿真软件建立了举升机构仿真运动模型,计算出了主要零部件各铰接点受力状态,并用有限元分析方法对主要零部件进行强度校核。计算结果表明,应用举升机构的专用爬梯能够满足井下工况的使用要求。
The structure of special ladder for installing head section of bridge conveyor was introduced. A new set of lifting mechanism was designed against narrowness space in disposing lifting oil cylinder, simulation motion model of this mechanism was established use kinetics simulation software, the stress of each pin joint of main parts was calculated, and strength checking to main parts was executed use FEA method. The results indicated that the stress was reasonable and the part strength meet application requirement in the mine well.
