摘要
针对非规则高阶样条曲线外轮廓零件,利用幂级数函数对零件外轮廓部分节点进行最小二乘拟合降阶处理,随后编写通用宏程序实现零件数控加工。给出一曲面零件模拟加工过程,结果验证了该方法的可行性与有效性。
For irregular higher-order B-spline of lutline parts, some outline segments are joined making use of exponential series function to lower its order according the least square. Subsequently, the process of parts is finished by universal macro program. Finally, a simulation process of curved face is given, the result show the effective aspects of the method.
