摘要
采用振动传感器,以单片机为核心设计了掘进机故障监测系统,对掘进机截割头主轴、传动齿轮箱和行走等部件状态进行监测,分析掘进机机械部件的故障信息,建立反向推理为主,辅以正向推理的故障分析系统,为煤矿掘进机的安全运行提供了保障。
Designed a single chip microcomputer as the core of the boring machine fault monitoring system with the use of vibration sensor, which is mainly used for digging machine cutting head main shaft.transmission gear boxes.walking and other components condition monitoring and analysis fault information of the boring machine mechanical components. The backward reasoning-based, supplemented by forward reasoning fault analysis system has been built, it provides guarantee for the safe operation of mine tunnel boring machine.
