麻醉剂丁香酚对西伯利亚鲟稚鱼耗氧率与幼鱼血液生化指标的影响 被引量:20

摘要 研究了不同浓度的麻醉剂丁香酚对西伯利亚鲟Acipenser baerii稚鱼耗氧率与幼鱼血液生化指标的影响。结果表明:西伯利亚鲟稚鱼经2-30 mg/L的丁香酚麻醉2 h后,耗氧率呈现先上升而后下降的趋势,麻醉浓度为2、4 mg/L组稚鱼的耗氧率显著高于对照组(P〈0.05),6 mg/L浓度组与对照组无显著差异(P〉0.05),8-30 mg/L的5个浓度组显著低于对照组(P〈0.05);西伯利亚鲟幼鱼经60-180 mg/L的丁香酚麻醉10 min后,各试验组间幼鱼血液中磷离子、总蛋白、总胆固醇、血糖、尿素、谷丙转氨酶和碱性磷酸酶浓度均无显著性差异(P〉0.05);各试验组幼鱼血液中高密度脂蛋白、低密度脂蛋白、甘油三酯浓度显著高于对照组(P〈0.05),而总胆红素浓度低于对照组(P〈0.05);90-180 mg/L浓度组幼鱼血液中的镁离子浓度高于对照组;120-180 mg/L浓度组幼鱼血液中的谷草转氨酶浓度高于对照组;各试验组间白蛋白与乳酸脱氢酶浓度波动较大。以上结果初步表明,8-30 mg/L丁香酚可应用于西伯利亚鲟稚鱼的短途运输中,60-90 mg/L丁香酚对西伯利亚鲟幼鱼血液生化的影响相对较小。 Effects of clove oil on oxygen consumption rate and blood biochemistry were studied in Siberian sturgeon Acipenser baerii.Oxygen consumption rate(OCR) of the sturgeon exposed to 2-30 mg/L clove oil was increased first and then decreased.There were significantly higher OCR's in the sturgeon exposed to 2 mg/L and 4 mg/L clove oil than that in the control group,without significant difference between 6 mg/L group and control group.OCR was found to be significantly lower in the sturgeon in 8-30 mg/L groups than that in the control group.There were no significant differences in concentrations of P3+,total protein,total cholesterol,glucose,urea,alanine aminotransferase,and alkaline phosphatase in the juveniles exposed to 60-180 mg/L clove oil for ten minutes.There were significantly higher concentrations of high density lipoprotein cholesterol,low density lipoprotein cholesterol and triglycerides in the anesthetic groups than those in the control group while there were significantly lower total bilirubin concentration than that in the control group.The concentrations of Mg2+ in 90-180 mg/L groups and aspartate aminotransferase in 120-180 mg/L groups were higher than that in the control group,respectively.The concentrations of albumin and lactate dehydrogenase were fluctuated among experimental groups.Overall,clove oil is used in the short distance transportation at a dose of 8-30 mg/L,and has less effect on the blood biochemistry of Siberian sturgeon at a dose of 60-90 mg/L.
